Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may create only one account. We may suspend accounts that are duplicates or that are created to misuse free credits.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

ApplyFolks helps job seekers find matching jobs, understand how well their resume fits a job, and create tailored versions of their resume. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

• Some features use credits. Each plan includes a set number of credits and daily job matches, as shown on our Pricing page.
• Credits reset on the schedule of your plan. Unused credits do not carry over unless we say so.
• Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may include applicable taxes.
• If a paid feature fails because of an error on our side, the credit used is returned to your account.
• We may change our prices. A change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

• You can stop using a paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments cannot be refunded once credits from that payment have been used, except where the law requires it.
• If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, email us at support@applyfolks.com within 7 days. We will refund the extra charge within 5 to 7 working days.

• You own your resume and any content you upload.
• You allow us to store and process your content only to provide the Service to you.
• You confirm that the information in your resume is true and that you have the right to upload it.

Match scores, suggestions and tailored resumes are created automatically and may contain mistakes. Always review a tailored resume before sending it to an employer. You are responsible for what you submit in your job applications.

Job listings shown on ApplyFolks come from publicly available sources. We do not own, check or guarantee these listings, and we are not connected to the employers unless we say so. You apply for a job on the employer's or job site's own platform. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.

You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading information, or someone else's information.
• Create multiple accounts or share your account.
• Copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for anything illegal.

To keep the Service fair and stable, we set limits, such as how often you can upload a new resume and how many job matches you get each day. These limits may change.

The ApplyFolks name, logo, website design and software belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them, except to use the Service as intended.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@applyfolks.com. Sections that should continue after your account is closed, such as ownership and liability, will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that it will meet your job search goals.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or income. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on the website. Using the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India.
